FITUR Madrid 2026 — what a week. ✨

Four days full of conversations, ideas, and real exchange with hotel professionals from all over the world.

What FITUR showed us clearly:

🛡️ A day at the castle like no other! 🏰
Our team took a trip back in time at Mauterndorf Castle and embraced the full medieval spirit:

We formed teams, designed our own coats of arms and came up with bold names. Then the games began – from archery and kegeln to stilt walking and throwing challenges, every activity brought out our competitive (and very creative) side! ⚔️🎯

To round off the day: a proper knight’s feast with an archbishop, a fair maiden, jesters and a table full of brave companions. What an unforgettable adventure! 🍗✨

🎤 Sharpening our skills, growing together – this time from our office in Dresden!

Last week, our leadership team visited our Dresden office location – not just to catch up with the team, but to grow and learn together. 🚀
With we did a hands-on workshop on presentation and communication skills – because strong messaging and presence are essential for effective leadership. It’s all part of building a culture of clarity, confidence, and connection across the company.

And of course, it was also about team culture and collaboration: exploring Dresden, strengthening relationships across locations, and bringing the energy and learnings back to all our teams. 💬💡🗺️
