Welche Kälte- und Klimalösung passt wirklich zu meinem Store?

Lange Öffnungszeiten, unterschiedliche Temperaturbereiche und ein steigender Kühlbedarf stellen Convenience Stores vor besondere Anforderungen. Gleichzeitig sollen die eingesetzten Systeme effizient, flexibel und auf den jeweiligen Store abgestimmt sein.

Beim Fachdialog Convenience Store am 24. September 2026 in Hannover werfen wir gemeinsam mit Daikin Germany und RS Kälte einen Blick auf die Praxis.
Anhand eines Beispielmarktes zeigen wir verschiedene technische Ansätze rund um Remote CO₂ Systeme, die Kombination von Kälte, Klima und Heizung, Wärmerückgewinnung, Energieeffizienz und flexible Plug-in-Lösungen.

Zum Abschluss bleibt Zeit für eine offene Diskussionsrunde mit unseren Experten und den fachlichen Austausch vor Ort.

What does Mum or Dad actually do at work all day?

At this year's AHT Holiday Fun Day, 15 children had the chance to find out for themselves.
They explored our apprentice workshop, visited the company fire brigade and got involved in plenty of hands-on activities along the way.

For the children, it was an opportunity to see where their parents work, meet the people behind the scenes and discover a completely different side of AHT. For their families, it also meant a little extra support during the school holidays.

There was plenty of curiosity, plenty of questions and lots to discover throughout the day.

We hope to welcome many young visitors back to AHT next year.

Behind every skilled professional is a journey of learning, commitment and growth.

At the Stars of Styria awards in Gröbming, outstanding achievements in vocational training were recognised, including those of Anna-Lena Mayer and Tim Gassner AHT Cooling Systems.

Their recognition reflects the dedication, technical skills and perseverance they have shown throughout their apprenticeship.

For us, moments like this highlight the importance of supporting young talent, giving responsibility early and creating opportunities to grow.

Congratulations to Anna-Lena and Tim on this well-deserved achievement. We look forward to seeing where their journey takes them next.

From school to working life, the distance is sometimes smaller than you think.

At the end of April, we joined the Career Day at HTL Trieben and had the chance to speak with students about technology, career opportunities and everyday working life at AHT Cooling Systems.

Because our site in Rottenmann is so close by, the connection to HTL Trieben is especially important to us. Events like this are a great opportunity to meet young technical talent early and have honest conversations about expectations, future skills and possible career paths.

Thank you to HTL Trieben for the invitation and the great organisation throughout the day.

What would have interested you most at a career day like this?

Not just watching.
Actually doing.

At Girls’ Day 2026, two students gained real hands-on insights into our technical professions.

Together with our apprentices and a trainer, they worked on real tasks:
welding, punching, bending and painting.

In the end, they created their own metal rose.

A morning full of new impressions and maybe the first step towards a future in technology.
