How do we shape the future of KEBA - and what does it take from us as leaders to turn it into reality together?
At our Leadership Conference 2026, leaders from across the KEBA world came together in Langenlois. Two days full of perspectives, discussions and ideas - with one shared focus: leadership, collaboration and the future of KEBA. 🌍
One of the highlights was the keynote by Pascal Coppens on China Speed. 🚀 It became particularly valuable in combination with our own experience: through our presence and teams in China, as well as through leaders who know the Chinese market from many years of first-hand experience. This created a multifaceted view of one key question: What can we learn from each other - and how do we turn these insights into our own ?
But our perspective went much further: KEBA 2030, 2035 - and even 2050. 🔭 With strong impulses and different perspectives on the future, our CEO Christoph Knogler and CFO 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 outlined a picture of where KEBA can develop and which decisions we already need to make today to get there.
Equally exciting was the look at our international markets: Where do we see opportunities in Asia, Europe and the USA? How is our business changing? Where do we want to be in the future? The contributions from our international colleagues were particularly valuable, sharing their perspectives, opportunities and visions for their regions.
Our internal initiatives were also part of the intensive exchange: topics and projects through which we drive change, explore new approaches and further develop important future topics within KEBA.
And of course, a Leadership Conference is not only about presentations and discussions. Networking across countries, functions and business areas was just as important.
During the evening pub quiz, KEBA knowledge, speed and team spirit were put to the test - with plenty of enthusiasm and a healthy competitive spirit. 😉
What remains after these two days? Many new perspectives, intensive conversations, a strong international community - and above all, a lot of energy for what lies ahead.
