Better web development. Training. Consulting. Development.

22/09/2026

So, this is what we’ve been working on. 🥕

Our founders, Karin Pichler and Christian Haintz, are heading back to TU Graz but this time to the other side of the lecture hall.

Starting on November 23, they’ll teach the university course “Web Application Development: Technical Planning and Management” at TU Graz Life Long Learning.

The idea behind the course is simple: You don’t need to write code to make good decisions about web development. But you do need to understand how requirements, architecture, quality, infrastructure, delivery, and operations fit together.

That’s the perspective Karin and Christian will share - practical, independent of specific technologies, and honest about what works and what doesn’t.

Both studied Software Development & Business at TU Graz. Now they’re returning as lecturers. We’d say that’s coming full circle.

Knowledge grows when shared. We’re looking forward to sharing more of ours.

A big thank you to Ernst Kreuzer and his team at TU Graz Life Long Learning for working with us to make this happen.

You’ll find all the details in the link below.

🌱 Knowledge grows when shared.

💡 This belief has shaped our work since our story began in 2007. For almost 20 years, we’ve built web applications, digital products and helped companies improve how they develop software through workshops and in-house training.

🎉 Now, in our 20th year, we want to share that knowledge with more people.

🤝 And we’re taking this step together with TU Graz Life Long Learning. It also brings our founders, Karin and Christian, back to a familiar place: they both studied Software Development & Business at TU Graz.

👀 Tomorrow, we’ll reveal what we’ve been working on and what brings Karin and Christian back to TU Graz in a new role.

🚀 Something new is coming this fall.

Over the last 20 years, we've worked with startups, SMEs, and large enterprises. One thing has remained surprisingly consistent:

Many people are responsible for web applications without ever having learned how professional web development actually works.

Developers grow into technical leadership.

Product Owners need better conversations with development teams.

IT managers inherit SaaS products they didn't build.

Business managers make decisions that influence software without needing to write code themselves.

And today, AI helps us build software faster - but without the right development processes, it can also accelerate technical debt.

That's why we have created a new course! A practical course for everyone who wants to better understand, manage, and improve the web development lifecycle - without becoming a full-time developer.

📅 Coming in Fall 2026.

More details will be announced soon.

You don't have KPIs for your software development team or department, but think you need them? 🤔 Or you have them, but you still have the gut feeling that something isn't right, even if the KPIs look perfectly fine? 📊❓

In this 2-minute video 🎥 Karin tackles the often-seen pragmatic journey of introducing KPIs in software development, taking months or even years until you eventually figure out what's wrong. So if you want to save time ⏱️, some head-scratching and hunting the wrong KPIs, these 2 minutes are well invested. 💡

Someone built your web solution with AI over the weekend… but your dev team needs weeks. 🤔

Are they too slow?

As always: it depends. 👉

AI isn't magic - it's an amplifier.

✔️ Solid processes + AI = amplified productivity

❌ Weak processes + AI = amplified technical debt

The real question: Are you building on a strong foundation? 💪🏻

Learn how to build processes that work 🧡
