Every once in a while I get this little nudge to break out of my usual routine and do something that takes me right back to why I started creating in the first place. 🫐✨
When I was younger, I was *always* taking pictures. Camera in my bag, capturing the tiniest things, how the light hits a wall, a quick glance, some detail you’d normally miss. I didn’t have a grand plan back then, I just loved how looking through a lens made everything feel a bit more intentional… like I was learning how to really see.
That curiosity is basically what pulled me into the creative world. It started with photos, turned into bigger ideas, and somewhere along the way I found graphic design, and it just clicked. Design gave me structure and a way to tell stories with color, type and composition. It became my everyday language.
And even though design is still at the heart of what I do, I’ll always love picking up my camera again from time to time. It feels like catching up with an old friend. Photography slows me down, brings me back into the moment, and reminds me creativity doesn’t have to be just one thing, it’s something you can come back to, reshape, and fall in love with all over again. 🤍
