We are our people! Folder IT is a company with ISO 9001:2015 quality certification provided by Bureau Veritas International.

We are established in Argentina, our staff is integrated with senior developers, project leaders and managers, with the single purpose of offering high quality software development services, from software factory, analysis, architecture design, software consulting and more. We are specialized in providing services to other IT companies as partners on a 3 actors model.

First steps in tech are better when you don’t take them alone.

Over the past few weeks, our interns got to experience software development from the inside: working alongside Folder IT developers, learning from their mentors, asking questions, testing ideas, and getting a closer look at what building software as a team is really like.

Now it’s time to say goodbye to this group! 👋🏼

We hope they leave with new skills, good memories, and a much clearer picture of where a career in tech can take them. Thanks for being part of Folder IT for a while 🫂

We asked AI to say Happy Programmer’s Day. It got... emotional 🥺

We know. You were probably expecting a different AI to do the greeting. The one you spend suspiciously long hours talking to.
It had 47 files open. We didn’t want to interrupt.

So we sent the backup...

Jokes aside, AI has become part of how software gets built. But behind every prompt, generated line of code, and very confident AI answer, there’s still a developer making the calls, checking the output, and deciding what actually makes it into production.

👨🏻‍💻 Happy Programmer’s Day to the developers at Folder IT and to everyone still very much in charge of the machines

Why would anyone click there?” Ask a QA.

Quality Assurance is about testing software beyond the expected path and understanding how real users might interact with a product, including the clicks, inputs, and decisions nobody planned for.

That’s why software testing is such an important part of building reliable digital products: QA professionals challenge assumptions, explore edge cases, and catch unexpected behavior before it reaches production.

Happy QA Day to the people who make software better by refusing to behave like predictable users!

Turns out saying goodbye is the hardest part of our Internship Program 🥺

Over the past months, our interns got their first hands-on experience inside a software company, working alongside our teams, learning from their mentors, asking lots of questions, and getting a closer look at what a career in tech actually involves.

They came here to learn, but having them around became part of our everyday life too.

So yes, their last day at Folder IT looked a little like this. We’ll miss you!

When Gen Z meets Gen Z 🤝🙂‍↔️

Our Internship Program gives students their first hands-on experience in the software industry, working alongside professionals who guide them through real projects, questions, and everything that comes with starting a career in tech.

And yes, sometimes that mentor is only 25

Plot twist: becoming a developer involves a lot less Matrix and a lot more “wait, let me show you this.”

Our interns don’t have to figure everything out alone. They learn the same way developers actually work: asking questions, looking things up, testing ideas, and figuring things out with someone more experienced by their side.

Everyone remembers being the one asking the questions. There’s something pretty cool about eventually becoming the person who helps someone else find the answers.

Very poetic. We know.

Adding AI to an enterprise platform is easy to pitch. Making it useful inside a product with complex data, workflows, and real users is a different engineering challenge.

Our work with GovSpend, a U.S. government procurement intelligence platform, is a good example.

At Folder IT, our custom AI development work focuses on integrating AI into existing software, connecting LLMs with proprietary data, business logic, and the workflows companies already rely on.

Looking for an AI development partner to bring AI into an existing enterprise platform? Let’s talk.

The best Jira notification? No notification at all.

Doing great work takes focus, commitment, and a lot of energy. And we believe being able to disconnect, recharge, and make time for life outside of work is part of what makes that possible. ⚖️

We care about the work we deliver and the people behind it. Finding a healthy balance helps our teams come back with the energy and perspective to keep doing their best work. Because doing great work should be sustainable.

👨🏻‍💻 Log off. Recharge. Come back ready to build.
