I am familiar with the following tools/Apps/Software:
Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Camtasia, Filmora, Animaker, SPSS, Adobe InDesign, Focusky, Slido, Google meet, Zoom cloud meetings, Skype, Trello, Calendly, Toggl, and chat fuel and many related apps. I have no experience yet but rest assured I can do all the tasks given to me. I can create beautiful graphics using Canva, do photo and video editing at
your request. I just graduated from eight-week of Intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. I attended the advanced General Virtual Assistant Course. During the training, I learned the Basics of Canva, creating content, logo designing, managing social media accounts, Facebook advertising, and how to set up a conversational Messenger bot. I learned how to automate customer support, plan and create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales. I am competent in following instructions and value confidentiality.
