We are an outsourcing company located in Buenos Aires, Argentina managing a long-term sales and logistics project based in the USA. The campaign we are running is for a Transport Broker Company specializing in national and international vehicle transportation.
Purpose

Customer Service Agents will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer’s experience goes smoothly and exceeds his/her/their expectations from the moment of booking through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicating with customers to keep them informed during key stages of the post-sale process.
• Building good working relationships with service providers to ensure the smooth running of the service.
• Maintaining complete and accurate internal records and notes reflecting all customer and carrier contact/communication
• Creative problem solving to meet client’s expectations and needs while adhering to the company’s policies.
• Following up with customers after the service has been completed to request feedback on our service and identify areas for improvement.
• Carrying out general administration duties such as:
o Fielding general calls from clients and directing them appropriately or handling requests directly
o Fielding billing questions from carriers and providing basic information; organizing inspection reports and invoices
o Receiving contracts, compiling complete paperwork for all orders, and filing and recording appropriately


Requirements
• At least one years’ experience working in Customer service.
• Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Patience and empathy while being assertive to create a solution.
• Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when dealing with difficult situations.
• Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Efficient typing skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to situations quickly.
• Good judgment and initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being able to work in a team while being able to work on your own initiative.
