We're excited to showcase our recent projects, and today, we spotlight on our collaboration with Flote.



Flote is a personalized investor portal created specifically for real estate entrepreneurs that helps simplify capital raising, close more deals, be more organized, and optimize time while fostering happiness amongst investors. The platform offers a perfect blend of technology and data that facilitates customer engagement for better ROI.

Our approach to developing Flote involved five key stages: business analysis and evaluation, market research and prototyping, product design, software development, and go-to-market. In the software development phase, we designed and implemented RESTful APIs on .NET, created a Vue.js-based web app for the frontend, and developed a complete blockchain-driven investment and trading infrastructure based on the Ethereum ecosystem.

Flote currently manages assets exceeding $1 billion, with oversight of 40 properties. The provision of a smooth, efficient, and virtualized experience has proven to be a success in the real estate market.
