The first half of the year was quite dynamic for our HR team as we explored new approaches to leadership, people management, and organizational growth. Our HR Manager Nare represented Fifth at a series of leading local events and workshops, bringing back fresh perspectives and practical ideas to strengthen the way we work together.
From shifting the focus of performance management from processes to measurable outcomes, to building a stronger feedback culture, aligning team strategy, leveraging AI in HR and empowering managers to lead with impact, the sessions covered some of the most pressing topics shaping modern workplaces today.
These learnings are already finding their way into our day-to-day practices, helping us continue building a culture where people thrive, teams stay aligned, and our partners ultimately benefit from the best version of Fifth.
