Hello everyone!

The first week after the holidays has started extremely actively. The working mode is finally turned on. During the long holidays we had a nice rest and reboot. We’ve already talked a lot about ATMOSFERA’s goals in the post below. I wish everyone to actively engage in personal development. You are your most valuable resource for achieving all goals.

As for me, I began the working week with the sports exercises, promises to eat healthily (fingers crossed), and plans to end the day with reading books, which I constantly forgot about last year.

Lessons we’ve learnt from 2021, here we go:

The first lesson ATMOSFERA has learnt is to face failure boldly and easily part with them. For example, we turned off several ineffective products. Looking back, I understand that this could have been done even earlier.

Secondly, we’ve made a cool product - Music Wheel. We’ve not received so much pleasant feedback yet. To be honest, we are very proud.

Thirdly, the ATMOSFERA team became larger than it was originally at the end of the year. Previously we faced a lack of resources, but now we have the capacity to meet the challenges and achieve our goals.

It is important to note that we have adapted to covid, implemented a hybrid work system, resumed personal networking and returned business travel. We work on ourselves. I am proud to say that the independence and responsibility of the team have increased at the end of the year and I really enjoy looking at our team now. I feel the same inspiration from what we do.

Fifth, we are still learning to plan more effectively.
We formed all the plans for 2022 in December 2021, which is 2 months earlier than last year. I’d like to be even more careful with planning in the coming year. Within the team, we will continue to strengthen this skill in 2022.

I am glad to see the increased interest from the media side. Attention to ATMOSFERA is increasing, and we will try to maintain this bar next year.

I’m sure that 2022 will be an indicative year. We have pieced our advantages together and expect to see growth in the second half of 2022.
