Happy Victory Day! 🎉

On May 9th, the entire post-Soviet entity celebrates the 77th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. On this day, we recall and pay tribute to the sacrifices and unity of all the people who prevailed in the fight against the world’s evil.
The valuable contribution of the Armenian people to the victory of the Allied Powers in World War II has been significant: more than 600,000 soldiers from Armenia fought in the Red Army, six Armenian national divisions participated in the Great Patriotic War, five of which were formed after the outbreak of hostilities.
In the result of the Great Patriotic War, Armenia prides with:
3 marshals – Hovhannes Baghramyan, Sergey Khudyakov (Armenak Khanperiants) and Hamazasp Babajanyan
1 admiral – Ivan Isakov
68 generals
106 Heroes of the Soviet Union
99 Heroes of the Great Patriotic War

Today marks the 107th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide! We commemorate this day with all Armenians around the globe paying tribute to the memory of 1.5 million martyrs massacred and killed by the Turkish Ottoman Empire.

We will always remember the victims of the genocide and demand justice for the crime!
