📊 The First Community-Driven IT Salary Report for Armenia

We are launching a short anonymous survey about salaries, bonuses, and benefits in the Armenian IT industry.

Our goal is to build an interactive dashboard where anyone will be able to explore the market and see salary ranges by role, level, and specialization.

This will help professionals better understand market conditions and contribute to making the IT ecosystem in Armenia more transparent and data-driven.

⏰ The survey takes about 3 minutes.

🎓 Մեր համահիմնադիր Արսեն Գրիգորյանը դասախոսությամբ հանդես եկավ Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի HR մագիստրոսական ծրագրի ուսանողների համար։

Դասախոսության ընթացքում քննարկվեցին HR ոլորտում կարիերա կառուցելու, աճի ուղիները հասկանալու և իրական դերերը տեսության սահմաններից դուրս բացահայտելու թեմաները։

Together with Repatriation and Integration Center, we hosted a meetup dedicated to Armenia’s IT job market.

🔍 We shared key insights from ITA’s job market research and the re-launch of this year’s IT Salary Survey. 🤝 We also tried a new AI-powered networking format that matched participants based on their needs and interests.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made these discussions so meaningful.

Հայրենադարձության և ինտեգրման կենտրոնի հետ համատեղ անցկացրինք միթափ-հանդիպում՝ նվիրված Հայաստանի ՏՏ աշխատաշուկային։

🔍 Կիսվեցինք ITA-ի աշխատաշուկայի հետազոտության հիմնական բացահայտումներով և հայտարարեցինք IT Salary Survey-ի վերամեկնարկը։
🤝 Փորձարկեցինք նաև AI-ով աշխատող նոր նեթվորքինգ ձևաչափ, որը համախմբեց մասնակիցներին՝ ըստ նրանց կարիքների և հետաքրքրությունների։

How do you turn information into a story people actually remember?
How do you capture attention and make your message land?

All this and more was explored during our public speaking workshop with Hilda Yacoubian for the ITA community.
