🚀 Two months. Full-time. On-site. Real TCF work.
Growth Formula is our Learning & Hiring Program for people who want to learn fast, take on difficult challenges, and build the skills needed for a long-term career in a global environment.
During the program, you’ll:
• Work on live global projects
Work on active TCF projects with real challenges, milestones, and deliverables.
• Master AI integration
Build advanced AI workflows and learn to use AI as a strategic tool in your work.
• Rotate across departments
Work with two different departments and gain a 360° understanding of how teams, functions, and processes connect.
• Apply systems thinking
Learn to break down complex problems, structure solutions, and improve business processes.
• Execute globally from Armenia
Work on international projects reaching markets around the world.
• Elevate your professional skills
Develop communication, presentation, collaboration, feedback, and strategic problem-solving skills through real work.
And there’s a bigger opportunity at the end. The strongest performers may have the opportunity to join TCF and continue their career with our team.
We’re not looking for people who already know everything.
We’re looking for ambitious minds, fast learners, strong problem-solvers, and people who know how to find a way forward when the answer isn’t obvious.
