Behind every successful summit is a technical infrastructure that allows ideas, discussions, and collaboration to flow without interruption.

For the Transport Investment Summit, Landways International delivered a complete technical production and hybrid event solution, creating an environment where speakers, panelists, delegates, and online participants could engage effortlessly throughout the event.

Our scope included the design and setup of the main stage, LED screens, custom stage branding, professional furniture, sound systems, microphones, and complete audiovisual management. To ensure an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees, we also provided simultaneous interpretation services, interpretation booths, translation equipment, headsets for participants, and dedicated technical support teams.

The event was further supported through Zoom integration, livestreaming solutions, YouTube broadcasting, and real-time content displayed across venue screens, allowing audiences to participate both on-site and remotely.
