Prime Minister Pashinyan set the tone by highlighting the consultation’s mission to understand sector challenges, evaluate the effectiveness of current government policies, and discuss future objectives.

The project's primary scope is the development, implementation, and operation of the Advance Cargo Information (ACI) System in the State of Libya.

✅ Electronic tracking of shipments to Libya by sea and eventually by land and air
✅ Smart trade information portal  
✅ Ensuring compliance with Libyan trade and customs laws
