Customer Service Assistant
Founded over 10 years ago, online shop IVET is a well-known and recognizable European brand that operates in fashion business providing high quality women’s and men’s clothing, home wear and accessories. Currently, IVET is based on six European markets and the expansion continues. Due to the rapid growth of our business, the company is looking to hire an assistant for its new office located in Dubai, UAE.
Job description:
Resolve customer enquiries by phone and e-mail;
Order processing;
Translation of product information;
Preparation of products to be send to the customers (packaging and transport documentations);
Strict implementation of the assigned tasks
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken at mother tongue level);
Excellent computer skills (Internet, Microsoft Office);
Previous hands-on experience in e-commerce field will be an advantage;
Self-motivated and responsible person;
Ability to deal with stressful situations
Arabic is a plus
A valid UAE driving license (preferred)
