I was cleaning out my hard drive and found this image that I forgot to post! A flyer that I designed for , a blow dry bar which offers amazing blow dries, braids, up-dos and treatments for your tresses. Co-owner Lindsey Fournie contacted me to create a flyer advertising their Bridal Services. With the brand guidelines set up by .branding, I designed a flyer showcasing their bridal service for brides-to-be, the bridal party and their guests. Using their signature teal and gold colours as well as their brand fonts, the flyer displays their bridal hairstyles on different brides-to-be and explains the different packages available. It's important for businesses to have branding guidelines so their marketing material is visually consistent and makes designing a breeze!

These lovely blooms have been imparting a lovely fragrance in my home office since the beginning of Ramadan. They brighten up our space and makes you reflect on God's creations. I spent last month working on some small projects and learning how to write minuscule letter in calligraphy. This month, I will learn how to write majuscule letter and prepare for the start of Ramadan. I love this time of year as Ramadan represents new beginnings. During last month’s March Madness, I decided to take part in ShowMeYourDrills challenge. Practicing my calligraphy after a long day of work was welcoming and almost meditative. I've been so busy lately that I haven't had the chance to post anything to Instagram. I recently designed a flyer for Vivamus, a clinic that provides psychological services for the local and expat population of Dubai. {Restaurant Collateral} - I had the pleasure of working with Vietnamese Foodies, a new Vietnamese restaurant in Dubai. Originally a cooking school, Lily, the owner, wanted to bring Vietnamese food to a larger audience. Since Vietnamese Foodies had a logo, I modified their existing logo for the restaurant, by changing some aspects of the form and the colours. After establishing a mini brand board, I created some some of their collateral including the dine-In and takeaway menu, as well as the placemat and place card.
