After TAWASOL and Dolphin Telecom got awarded two major projects in the Libyan oil sector, we held a comprehensive 10-day training course for Mitel MiVoice MX-One at Al-Qasr Hotel, Amman.

The participants understood and implemented the fundamental tasks involving installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting a MiVoice MX-ONE 7.x system.

We would like to thank the staff from the National Oil Cooperation & AKAKUS Oil Operation for their attendance and their extraordinary effort spent making this course successful.

Furthermore, we would like to give special thanks to our sole partner in Libya, Dolphin Telecom, for their faith in TAWASOL to provide state-of-the-art solutions for their clients in the Libyan Market based on Mitel MiVoice MX-One communication platform.

Together we are always better.
