Is it ok to feel fear and how to deal with it?

Individual fear is the fear of inadequacy or failure. This type of fear can lead to self-doubt, low self-esteem, and procrastination.

Here are some tips for managing fear:

Identify your fears and challenge them by taking small steps. If you are afraid of something, don't try to overcome it all at once. Start by taking small steps and gradually work your way up to bigger challenges.

Seek professional help. A therapist can help you to understand your fears and develop coping mechanisms.

Will your relationship be destroyed if you are jealous?

It's often said that jealousy is the desire to control the attention of another person and low self-esteem is often at the root of it. When we don't feel good about ourselves, we may be more likely to compare ourselves to others and to feel threatened by their successes or perceived advantages.

Jealousy is also a combination of anger and anxiety. We may be angry that someone else is getting the attention we crave, and we may be anxious about losing their love.

It's important to remember that there are always three sides to jealousy:

Anxiety, on the other hand, is a more general and prolonged feeling of uneasiness that can be caused by various factors such as uncertainty, anticipation of negative events, or worrying about something that may happen in the future.
