Some experiences leave you with memories. Others leave you with new perspectives. My four-day visit to Huawei Headquarters was certainly the latter.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Leef and the entire Huawei team for the exceptional hospitality and for organising such a meaningful and insightful visit.

What stood out to me was not only the scale of Huawei, but the discipline, culture, and mindset behind that scale. Seeing how people, processes, technology, and systems are brought together with such precision provided valuable insights into what it takes to build and sustain a truly global organisation.

From the warm welcome at every location to the impressive new campus, every experience reflected a strong commitment to innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

The Library tour was particularly memorable, while travelling across the new Huawei campus by train was a unique experience that I will certainly remember. 🚆

Most importantly, the visit gave me a deeper appreciation of Huawei’s vision, ambition, and determination to stay at the forefront of technology and innovation.

I leave with not only great memories, but also valuable lessons, fresh perspectives, and renewed inspiration.

A heartfelt thank you once again to Mr. Leef and the entire Huawei team for your time, hospitality, and generosity. It was a privilege to experience Huawei firsthand.
