Today we are launching Spatial Key.
Think about how much is recorded about a building on the day it is handed over — and how little of it anyone can find twelve months later. Photographs sit in a folder. Drawings age. The people actually using the space end up working from memory.
Spatial Key replaces that with something durable. One walkthrough becomes a spatial twin that opens in a browser on any phone or laptop. Whoever holds it can move through the space at their own pace, take their own measurements to within two centimetres, and see it furnished and finished before the work is done.
Developers use it for handover. Landlords and leasing teams use it to close space with people who never had to fly in. Hotels use it to show what a guest is actually booking.
We handle the capture, the processing and the hosting. The twin belongs to the client. Available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India.
