Most offices have a rough idea what they spend on printing. Rarely the real number.

We checked one Dubai office's actual monthly spend. The estimate was AED 1,200. The real number was closer to AED 1,980 — rush orders, old buying habits, and a few unnoticed reprints, all adding up quietly.

One change fixed most of it: moving to scheduled toner orders instead of ordering when they ran out. Same office, 30 days later: AED 1,050.
