AI is increasingly used to support business tasks such as content generation, data analysis, and automation.
Its strength lies in identifying patterns, drawing from existing data, and performing repetitive processes quickly and at scale.
However, AI systems rely on past information. They do not generate new perspectives, context-aware insights, or original thinking without human input. For that reason, their role remains that of a support tool rather than a replacement for human decision-making or creativity.
In many industries, the most effective use of AI is to automate standard workflows, allowing people to focus on tasks that require interpretation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking. This includes areas such as client engagement, content refinement, and forward-looking planning.
How are you currently deciding what AI should handle, and what remains better done by people?
