Tech First Gulf FZ-LLC was founded in 2016 with a prime focus on niche security solutions in the Middle East & North Africa. TFG is backed by a multi-million dollar Naveen Group with its heart of operations in India. Beginning, in 2016 as a local SI targeting niche technologies in key customer space where we leveraged largely on our skills in taking the solutions to the customer, delivering proof of concept and thereafter to channel the business to commercial success. Tech First Gulf FZ-LLC aims to continue driving forward its strategy of geographical expansion across MEA. Today the TFG Group has about 42 employees and operations in 6 MEA countries including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kenya, Egypt & Nigeria. TFG has 2 states of the Art Innovation Center to support customers & resellers on certification and training. Regional presence with local offices across. TFG is known for its efficient operations to support site delivery, credit and direct country shipments. To its vendors in addition to the standard Value-Added Distribution capabilities, TFG helps extend their reach on the ground with comprehensive and expert sales, presales, and services team to drive incremental business. TFG believes in local tech experts within the region to maintain zero downtime. All our technical employees are vendor certified and approved to undertake support services & bespoke (Knowledge Transfer) training for respective vendors. Professional Service Business unit covers helpdesk, implementation, on-site 5x7 support, training, SLA, converged security and networking offering.
