Legit Fam is the largest provider of authenticity services in Eastern Europe, handling over 1,500 monthly orders. They verify the authenticity of branded clothes, bags, shoes, and accessories, assisting personal buyers and resellers.
We developed two new applications for them – one for customers and another for employees. Processing one order now takes a manager an average of 20 seconds—50 times faster than before. Order placement and payment with the new user flow take no more than 5 minutes. With over 30k users, a 5.0 App Store rating, and 300+ reviews, Legit Fam is leading the way in authenticity services.
