🎉 Celebrating Coworker Contributions on Giving Tuesday 2024! 🎉

We are thrilled to share our latest blog post, "Giving Tuesday 2024: Celebrating Coworker Contributions," which highlights the incredible efforts of our team members in making a positive impact in our communities.

Special shoutout to our UK&I coworkers for their outstanding contributions:

Jane Liston supported Ronald McDonald House Charities and led fundraising for Future Dreams, advancing breast cancer education, research, and patient support. Jane also coordinated a breast and chest health masterclass on the 2024 Tech Day of Pink with Future Dreams.

Raabiah Noordien led the charge as CDW’s newly appointed Social Impact Ambassador in South Africa. Her initiatives included sandwich drives for local hospitals and a special Toy Drive for the children at Red Cross Hospital.

CDW take on The Prince’s Trust ‘Palace’ events, in collaboration with Microsoft Surface

Last week, our teams from Rugby, Peterborough, Manchester, and London came together to support The Prince’s Trust at the Palace Walk and Palace to Palace cycle event 🚴🏽

It was a fantastic week of fun and fundraising for a cause close to our hearts! All of these funds will go towards supporting disadvantaged young people across the UK, helping them to live, learn, and earn.

Congratulations and thanks to all who took part, with a special mention to our very own Simon Murdock; one of the ten fastest riders for the 90-mile cycle. Well done Simon!

We also had a blast with our very own static bike challenge, alongside the Palace to Palace and The Palace Walk events. A huge shout-out to everyone who pedalled and marched for a great cause! 🎉

Twice as many coworkers took part in the Prince's Trust events this year, and our own static bike challenge has grown to involve our offices in Peterborough, Rugby, Manchester and London.

On 24th September we delivered a special edition event, in collaboration with our charitable partner The Prince’s Trust, as part of our National Inclusion Week celebration - a week dedicated to promoting inclusion and taking action to create inclusive workplaces.

We heard from our Business Resource Groups and The Prince’s Trust representative about how they drive inclusion through their work, the “why” behind their initiatives, their perspective on inclusion, and the impact they are creating individually and through purposeful collaboration.

The event was part of CDW’s commitment to foster an inclusive environment, which encourages coworkers to bring their full energy, capability, authenticity, and voice to the workplace.

Thank you to everyone involved for their passion, commitment, and energy!
