Construction material makes a difference! Triol heat exchangers are made of stainless steel.

Triol's heat exchangers for VSDs are made of special stainless steel material, ensuring better performance and smaller dimensions compared to standard solutions used by competitors.

The design of the heat exchanger with lamellae allows more heat to be cooled, and the hot air is cooled by the material and the lamella design. Triol uses laser welding for stainless steel components and applies post-treatment passivation to prevent corrosion.

The number of lamellae in the heat exchanger depends on the VSD's capacity, the area of the cooled surface, and the amount of heat released from the VSD's operating elements. For marine versions, 316 acid-resistant stainless steel is used.

Implementation of Triol frequency drives for soft-starting the Horizontal Pumping Systems in Indonesia!

We would like to share the photo and the information about our recent implementation in Indonesia.

The two VFDs were commissioned on the customer’s site and set to the nominal operating mode, with the help of a Triol engineer.

The AT27 Line DD VFDs were implemented as a replacement for a direct-start drive with a smooth-running variable frequency drive.

In this case, the VFDs were used for horizontal pumping systems for Upstream oil production.

يحتوي المجمع الجديد وحدتي تغطية، الأولى للمنتجات شبه المصنعة والعناصر الصغيرة.
والثانية لتلوين المنتجات الكبيرة بأبعاد تصل إلى ٦ أمتار في الطول.

تزيد تريول من أداء محول التردد في مواقع العملاء
إذا قورن محول التحكم متغير السرعة بكائن حي، فإن لوحات PCB وعناصر SMD يمكن أن تسمى بالقلب. إذ أن البلوكات الإلكترونية والبرمجيات تساعد على إنعاش بقية الأجزاء.
بعد لف الأسلاك ولحامها وتركيب المكونات SMD على اللوحة، يتم فحص وظيفة جميع العناصر. يتم الفحص في عدة مراحل:
أولًا، يتم اختبار وحدات الإلكترونيات في درجات حرارة إيجابية تصل إلى +٩٠ درجة مئوية وسلبية تصل إلى -٤٠ درجة مئوية؛ ثم، يتم محاكاة الوحدات لمدة ٧٢ساعة - وفقًا لمنهجيتنا المتطورة بشكل فريد - في الحمولة القصوى وتسجيل الخصائص.
يتم فحص ١٠٠٪ من الإلكترونيات قبل تركيبها في خزائن VSD لتجنب وقوع أعطال في موقع العميل.
