A technical defect in the Windows operating systems for devices that contain protection programs from the international company CrowdStrike has led to the cessation of the work of facilities, platforms, programs, and services around the world. This defect leads to the appearance of the blue screen and the inability to boot the Windows operating system after that.

CrowdStrike also announced the rollback its latest update and included a manual solution to the problem, while confirming that the process is not a hacking operation, but rather a technical programming error in the latest update.

We would like to assure our customers that this defect is related to computers that use CrowdStrike's security software only, which is used in many global service systems, including cloud services.

خلل فني لأنظمة تشغيل Windows للأجهزة التي تحوي برامج الحماية من شركة CrowdStrike العالمية أدى إلى توقف عمل مرافق ومنصات وبرامج وخدمات حول العالم، حيث يؤدي هذا الخلل إلى ظهور الشاشة الزرقاء وعدم إمكانية إقلاع نظام التشغيل Windows بعدها.
كما وأعلنت شركة CrowdStrike عن سحب تحديثها الأخير وإدارج حل يدوي للمشكلة مع التأكيد ان العملية ليس عملية أختراق وانما خطأ برمجي فني في التحديث الأخير
نود التأكيد لزبائننا أن هذا الخلل مرتبط بوجود برمجيات الحماية الخاصة ب CrowdStrike فقط والمستعملة في العديد من الأنظمة العالمية الخدمية وبما فيها الخدمات السحابية.
