Trutech Information Technology Network Services LLC is looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience
✅ Experience in quotations & costing
✅ Experience in preparing invoices
✅ Purchase & supplier follow-ups
✅ Strong communication & coordination skills
✅ Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
✅ Experience with CRM systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare quotations and cost estimates
🔹 Create invoices and sales documentation
🔹 Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries
🔹 Coordinate supplier and purchase requests
🔹 Maintain CRM records and reports
🔹 Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams
🔹 Support sales and operations activities
🔹 Assist in achieving company targets and goals
