1. Level 1 Support Staff
• Frontline customer support operations either online or face‐to‐face as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or three years diploma in computer science or engineering required.
• Two or more years of related experience with computers and providing customer service in a technological environment, preferably in higher educational institutions. Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation is desirable.

2. Level 2 Support Staff
• Coordinate the support operations and handle escalations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required.
• Professional Certification: Cisco Certified Network Professional, Microsoft
• Certified Solutions Expert, ITIL Foundation.
• Six or more years of related experience in setting up, managing, monitoring and operating IT infrastructure in medium or large institutions with over 300 employees. Experience in coordinating the technology requirements for institutions and managing and mentoring IT staff members.

3. Audiovisual Support Staff
• To support the events and other audiovisual requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or three years diploma in electronics & communication engineering or relevant field, required.
• Four or more years of related experience in setting up, configuring fine-tuning and operating audiovisual systems for live high‐profile events, meetings and providing customer service. Knowledge and experience in media and electrical wiring, control system design and programming, audio acoustics, live streaming, media system design and troubleshooting are needed. Knowledge and experience in digital media systems and protocols are desirable. Ability to solve problems and handle equipment malfunctions well, even under pressure during live events is a mandatory skill. Knowledge in computer operations, use of presentation software, troubleshooting basic computer problems, etc. are mandatory.
