We are proud to recognise Mr. Narayan, our Senior Facilities Supervisor, as our Employee of the Month.
Since joining PTC in 2014, Mr. Narayan has contributed 12 years of dedicated workmanship, experience and commitment to the organization. Hard-working, dependable and highly skilled, he approaches every responsibility with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Mr. Narayan understands not only what needs to be done, but also how to complete each task effectively and to the right standard. He follows every job through to completion while maintaining high standards of quality, workmanship and cost-effectiveness. His organised and well-documented approach, along with his consistent follow-ups, reflects the responsibility he brings to every task entrusted to him.
Equally commendable is his willingness to keep learning, improving and encouraging others to grow. He readily shares his knowledge, guides those around him and uses his expertise to strengthen the team.
Beyond his professional contribution, Mr. Narayan is known for his dedication, energy and his ability to always work with a smile on his face. His sense of humour and positive attitude bring people together and add happiness to the workplace, even on the busiest days.
