NHIS (NHIMA) Upload Update ✅
Some employers now need the employer NHIS number without the “NHIS” prefix. Harvester Payroll now supports both formats.

✅ New setting: Settings → Company Settings → “Does NHIS precede Health No?”
📄 NHIS upload now downloads as CSV (not Excel)
🔒 Tip: Upload the CSV as-is — Excel can remove leading zeros from member numbers.
