Government Service Bus (GSB) Training Conducted for Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Staff.

Corelink Consulting Limited successfully conducted a Government Service Bus (GSB) training program for staff of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. The training was designed to strengthen participants' capacity to effectively utilize the Government Service Bus, a key integration platform that enables seamless communication and data exchange across government systems.

Through the training, ministry staff gained practical knowledge and skills necessary to support system integration, improve interdepartmental collaboration, and enhance operational efficiency. The initiative is expected to contribute to more streamlined service delivery, enabling the Ministry to provide improved access to infrastructure, housing, and urban development services.

By building institutional capacity in the use of the GSB, the Ministry is better positioned to deliver faster, more coordinated, and citizen-centered services, ultimately supporting improved outcomes for the general public.

Last week, we had a productive workshop session with the Human Resource Department at Techinal Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority - TEVETA as we continue finalising the Human Resource Management System for the management of TEVETA employees across the country.
The session provided an important opportunity for stakeholders to test key functionalities, provide feedback and ensure the system aligns with operational requirements and user expectations before launch.
We are excited that the system is scheduled to be officially launched this month, marking an important milestone in supporting digital transformation within the TEVET sector in Zambia.

Digitizing Conservation: Corelink Facilitates Key Stakeholder Engagement for Zambia’s New Community Forest Management System.

This initiative marks a significant step forward in supporting the Ministry of Green Economy and Environment as we develop a robust, new Community Forest Management system.

Shaping Zambia's Digital Future: Insights from
Washington D.C.

Corelink Consulting recently joined a strategic mission to Washington D.C. under the Digital Zambia Acceleration Project (DZAP). In collaboration with the World Bank, public and private sector leaders convened to develop a roadmap for Zambia's Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI).
Key Highlights for Zambia's Digital Economy:
• Interoperability & Data Exchange: A focus on overhauling national data exchange platforms to prioritize data ownership and citizen consent management.
• Digital Identity: Zambia is accelerating the rollout of a new National Digital ID by 2026, leveraging the open-source frameworks to unlock financial and social inclusion.
• Scaling e-Services: The government is set to expand from 383 digital services to over 1,000, drastically improving service delivery to citizens.
The Future of Payments: Zampay & Beyond
During the mission, the Corelink CEO Mr. Rowan Vos highlighted the critical role of Zampay, the National Payment Gateway. Discussions centered on its potential to revolutionize the digital landscape by:
• Streamlining P2G (Person-to-Government) payments for revenue collection outside of central government.
• Expanding ZamPay to facilitate G2P (Government-to-Person) disbursements to ensure one standard gateway for payment of social protection funds and other payments to citizens.
