Seek an E-learning Content Develop, designing and developing digital learning content from fin serv env, ADDIE Methodology. Graphics on E-learning Platform. Outcome Based Learning Programmes and Adult Learning Principals. Must have a Business related degree and an Education and Training qualification including design and development. Min 1 – 2 yrs exp in a similar role. ED module knowledge
In addtionon to the above you must have:
ADDIE Methodology
Project Management exp
Facilitation skills
Exp in Learning and development principals
Proficient in MS Office
Due to the business’ equity requirements for this position, preference will be given to EE candidates.
Primary duties:
Analyse the business need and to create a specification for the development of learning programmes and learning interventions which is aligned to the business need.
Consult with stakeholders across the business areas in order to establish relationships and networks.
Gather information about products in relation to key needs and requirements of the area and to develop a comprehensive curriculum to cater for the needs of each specific area.
Conduct research in order to identify best practice and to design a blended learning approach which will meet the business need.
Design and develop training material in line with the curriculum and to ensure that leaning outcomes are matched.
Consult with business areas in order to agree on reasonable and achievable deadlines.
Produce relevant learning programmes and material and to get signoff from business
Oversee a pilot programme or assist in the implementation of the workshop and to assess and evaluate the programme in terms of impact and whether it is meeting the business needs.
Train and guide the trainers in order to ensure that learning outcomes are achieved through effective presentation of material.
Maintain training material and to ensure that best practice guidelines are followed across the business.
Continuously evaluate both trainers and the effectiveness of training material ensuring that the business achieves its business objectives.
Develop material based on technical product information and specifications.
