Hello Guys.
1.If there are no poles around where you stay it means there is no coverage.
2.We have two payments methods for our clients, for the packages that says prepaid on the poster, are paid at retail stores(ShopRite, Pep, Ackerman's, Woolworths or pay using Capitec app . The one that says debit it's deducted from your account every month. You see I didn't mention sending anyone money guys please don't fall for that it's a scam
3.With vuma you pay first and then they will come and install your WiFi, and activate it for you, they also give you the password and the username
5.Our WiFi as it says it's unlimited, free installation free activation and no contract, if someone says they work from vuma and they want you to pay for installation fee it's a scam don't fall for, it's so sad to see many people fall for scammers. Please be aware!
