Bisnet IT & Support is looking for a motivated and reliable IT Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on role involving both on-site and remote IT support. The successful candidate will work across a wide range of technologies while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Networking & Infrastructure
CCTV & Security Systems
Microsoft 365 & Cybersecurity
Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting
VoIP & PABX Systems

Position Details
Department - Technical
Reports to - Managing Director
Location - Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth)
Employment Type - Full-time
Frequent Travel Tequired - Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle essential.

Requirements
Qualifications
- A+, N+ or equivalent certification (or proven practical experience)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)

Experience
- 1–3 years' experience in IT support or a field technician role
- Experience in an SME or managed services environment will be advantageous

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional and confident in client-facing environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Eager to learn and develop technical skills further

Remuneration
Market-related salary, based on experience.
