Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Kim Park, Northern Cape

Telkom Express is looking for highly capable sales consultants to fill roles in the above-mentioned stores with a minimum of 1 year sales experience & 1-year cellular experience.

Must be mature, hardworking, a team player, self-motivated, target driven, honest, neat, reliable and organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Retention
Mobile + Data Sales LTE / 3G / DSL / Fibre (Contract New/Upgrades/Migration/Prepaid), Accessory + Insurance Sales
Booking in devices for repairs / OBF Exchange
Device Setup / Ports / Sim swops
Handling of cash / Reports / Client Documents
Stock Takes & Administration
General housekeeping
Following company polices at all times & staying updated with the latest Telkom offers/changes

Must have a passion for Customer Service and be driven to deliver a WOW customer experience.

Basic R5000 + Sales Performance bonus of R1000
Incentives
Commission
Provident fund and medical health plan after 6 months pending clean disciplinary record

Job Type: Temp to perm

Salary: From R6,000.00 per month
