DTF - New Supplier

The supplier I now go through for UV DTF also does regular DTF as well as a few other types, all printed at 55cm width as opposed to the 37cm we are currently printing at.

Thus far I have tried the glitter DTF and the neon DTF.

Since my original pricing was based off the 55cm width DTF, there will be no change in pricing for the regular DTF.

The glitter DTF and neon DTF will be need to be quoted on an order to order basis until I can figure out how to do the pricing correctly for sheet sizes, I may however need to consider a MOQ of at least a half meter of both.

I am very happy with their regular DTF. The colours are better than any I have experienced thus far. A lot more vibrant and pop more. I have found the DTF as of late to be very muted and flat.

For small, urgent orders I will use the 37cm printer but for normal orders I will use the new supplier. Orders will be submitted every Thursday so that it can leave and travel to me over the weekend so that it reaches me on a Monday/Tuesday.

I've had alot of queries about custom printed PUL as of late.

Previously it was only via imports.
I have however revisited doing this locally with our printer and I'm happy to say that it's a go!

The company does have a MOQ of 50 meters though so we will need to push to reach it.

As such we will have a MOQ of 1M per order.

I am happy to do more than 1 design on an meter as well layouts for nappy panels. Those take 1.1M if they are the OSFM size.

Custom or more complicated layouts may carry a small layout fee.

Should we fall short on printed we will be looking at doing some plain colours.

👉🏼 R275 per meter for custom printed.

This includes any possible plain colour that is not readily available in store.

Disclaimer: While this is a trusted company who we know services a very well known business and we are aware of their quality, we will not be able to replace any if delamination occurs especially if due to user error.
