It's hard to imagine that this plot of land in Anaheim California even existed before Disneyland was erected there in 1954. That's the effect a really successful idea can have.

It's called the ice-berg effect. Every iconic achievement we've witnessed throughout history, every great person whose success we've heard of, they all strove and worked hard to make their ideas possible. I am terrible at remembering people's names, what about you? The known trick is to create a mnemonic device that links the person's name to a connection that will solidify their name in your mind. Faces and telephone numbers I can recall quite well. We all have things that our mind latches onto rather well. Everyone has a certain skill, a certain aspect of creative thinking.
