Who remembers when Reason was first released?
Ironically Steinberg were responsible for offering through their Steinberg distributors around the world , including our very own Tuerk Music Technologies in SA.
We forget and now take for granted just how incredible it was in Version 1.
A RACK of everything you could imagine , all instruments designed in meticulous detail even the 110/220 Volt switch you would find on the original hardware models.
Hit tab and the rack switched in seconds to the back panel showing all inputs and outputs and cables attached.
Nothing better then watching the cables bounce in real time just they like would do for real.
The fact that you could not make a mistake by inserting a cable incorrectly as it would just pop out.
Unlike analog gear where you would blow a fuse or even damage the power.
REASON was then evolutionary and today this same DAW is now at another level.
Retains all the incredible and unique features of the rack we all love BUT is also at a totally new level setting it apart from all other DAW's.
Appreciate what it represents and enjoy the future making music with it.

Reason 13 doesn’t just sound good, it also looks good. Together with the sequencer the entire Reason interface has been updated. It might not necessarily improve your music, but it will make it easier to find your way around.
