Smart Speak is a brand-new online English school preparing to launch — and we’re looking for passionate, creative teachers to join us from the start.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape a school from the ground up, grow with us, and bring your own teaching style to life.
🧑🏫 The Role
Teach English online (freelance/contract)
100% remote
Flexible hours (you set your schedule)
Students: mainly children and teens, with some adult learners
🧠 What Makes This Role Unique?
We are still building our curriculum — so we’re looking for independent teachers who can:
✅ Create their own lesson materials (especially for younger learners)
✅ Deliver fun, engaging classes without relying on a fixed script
✅ Adapt easily to different age levels and learning needs
✅ You’ll Need
Strong spoken English and clear communication
A confident, friendly, and professional teaching style
A reliable internet connection + quiet, distraction-free space
Ability to plan and lead engaging lessons
A TEFL/TESOL or teaching degree is a plus (but not required)
Experience with Zoom, Skype, or online whiteboards is helpful
💼 Compensation
Freelance/contract position
Pay discussed during interview based on experience and class types
Flexible hours — you choose your availability
