HR Managers and Video Technology

How many times, have you short listed a candidate based on a curriculum vitae, only to find out at the interview, the candidate has no oral communication skills or does not match the requirements.

HReCRUITING (Pty) Ltd as part of its online recruitment solution, uses video technology to offer a time-saving tech tool to save you time, money and help find top talent. Our video introduction platform is user-friendly, enabling anyone with a computer and a we**am to film and introduction with the same ease as checking email.

In the absence of a computer, candidates can use a smartphone to record and share a link to a video introduction. Candidates have a recording time limit to express themselves in a way that shows why they’d be a good fit for your company. It’s the perfect snapshot required to determine, whether a candidate is short listed.

A step beyond the video introduction, the one-way video interview allows you to send text questions to candidates, who then record responses in their own time. Answers are as easy for candidates to record as the video introduction. This tool, together with Facebook and LinkedIn is a favorite of generation Z.

HReCRUITING (Pty) Ltd has used the latest advancements in technology to offer the best of breed ‘online recruitment technology’, to make talent recruitment – simple and efficient, saving you valuable time and money.

Achieving Social Media Return on Investment:

From Facebook and Twitter to blogs and videos, social media has become part and parcel of modern marketing efforts. A marketer’s best course of action is managing social efforts to generate demonstrable return on investment.

“What problem can we offer a clever, unorthodox or novel solution to? Might this give us an excuse to talk about our product in creative ways that bring value to customers? Or stay in touch with customers in ways that allow us to prompt more behaviors?”

Blog, tweet, and post more to solve customers’ problems, and less to offer discounts, gain attention, or “share your culture.”
In the end, not every positive result can be measured, and social’s greatest contributions may lie in the difficult-to-quantify areas of awareness and trust.

Prospects that don’t interact with you directly on social may still be influenced by repeat exposures to your brand and messaging, and predisposed to prefer you based on how they’ve seen you solve problems for other people.

Customers that do engage with you socially are likely to post what they do love about your products or services, influencing others to look to you as well. Depending on how or when they make contact, social may not get the attribution for such an opportunity.

Determine the metrics that matter for your business. Define them as simply as you can, and track them. Look for trends you can correlate to social activity.

Keep an eye out for active customers who advocate for you on and offline. Social media has value beyond just marketing; used to the fullest, it connects with every part of your organization’s business.
