There's no amount of Hair Dryer that can fix this, in fact, it will blow, melt and destroy your keyboard, the water will travel faster into all other parts of the motherboard while you blow, and you'll still land with a dead laptop.
SWITCHING BACK ON
Most often, when a laptop comes into contact it switches off to protect itself. Don't try to switch it back on to see if it's still alive, otherwise, it will die from the power button trigger.
See, about 50% of the time, Laptops don't die immediately when they come into contact with water. They die if you want to continue to use them while the water is still inside.
