Thanks for everyone who has been ordering with us over the last few weeks. We are one of the lucky companies who throughout the crisis have been able to maintain our shipping promises and dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed.
Below are a couple of photos from our local Leeds Mail Centre. As you can see the demand being placed upon Royal Mail is at an all-time high and as a result, a lot of parcels are experiencing delays.
Royal Mail are working extremely hard to get items sorted through the system and to your door as quickly as possible, but are clearly facing an unprecedented demand with a reduced workforce. We ask all customers ordering through Royal Mail to kindly exercise patience with deliveries for the time being and to select an expedited delivery option if you need orders urgently.
