We know that most operators can not afford to have a compliance person on staff, and that normally the duty of keeping records falls in someone's lap who has a thousand other things on their desk. We know that typically everyone of those other thousand things are always more urgent, and unfortunately compliance falls to the side until one day the DOT sends a letter saying that they are paying you

a visit. Fines, decreased rating, and up to loosing operating authority. We perform all required checks and keep DQ files current by letting drivers and managers know when documents need to be renewed. We will do your required drug pool letting you know who has been selected and make sure all ppw has been turned in. We will write you the required maintenance plans for vehicles then let you know when work is needed, maintain documentation that repairs have been made and keep files accurate. Including repairs made and signed off on DVIRs

HOS we will either review paper logs, or set you up with an app based logging software for your drivers, audit logs for compliance and let you know when a problem was found so the driver can fix it if they made a mistake, or teach if they truly did violate the law. It's an entire compliance program put together and all you have to do is have someone scan and email ppw occasionally.
