There comes a point when the way you've always done things stops working.
Not because you're doing anything wrong. Your business has simply grown.
- The spreadsheet that used to work is now a nightmare.
- The manual process that took 10 minutes now takes an hour.
- You've found the perfect tool, but haven't got the time (or inclination) to figure out how to make it actually work.
And before you know it, you're spending more time managing the business than running it.
