Roles and responsibilities
BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
4+ years of programming experience in Java with strong OO skills.
Well-versed with data-structures, algorithms, databases, REST API development, Linux systems.
Proficient in server-side Java, object-oriented design, JDBC, HTTP and REST-based Web Services, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Gradle and JUnit.
Experience with AWS, Distributed systems, CI/CD is a plus
Experience of having worked in a start-up is a plus
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work with minimum guidance and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
AWS, JAVA, SOAP, REST, API, JDBC, HTTP, Hibernate, Spring, Gradle, JUnit, MySQL

Job Title: Collections Executive

Job Description:

1. Responsible for product and service problems by clarifying the customer complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

2. Responsible for rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer support team.

3. Manage and utilize metrics to drive positive change in areas such as Service Level Agreements, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction and Quality.

4. Responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System and in house data base.

5. Responsible for monitoring Call tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.

6. Responsible to Follow-up with participants within 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call even if it is to touch base and let participant know inquiry is still be researched.

7. Responsible to answer customers question, as well as question customer to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

8. Understanding the process flow and maintain quality in terms of product and services delivered.

9. Establish and carry out departmental and organizational goals, policies, and procedures as per the guidelines set by the organization.

10. Responsible to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

1. Have a passion for continuously delivering a superior customer experience.

2. Pride yourself on consistently delivering a personalized, friendly & efficient service at all times.

3. Demonstrate strong communication skills which will enable you to engage in effective conversations with customers & to build strong professional rapport.

4. Be able to demonstrate your ability to understand a customer’s requirements through effective fact finds.

5. Good problem solving and decision-making skills.

6. Identifying problems within the platform and capability to evaluate the relevant action required to solve the problem.

7. Should possess strong communication skill – No MTI.
