Three rotors, five doors and not a bolt left untouched 🤩

Chass Wardle's "NO BAIL" RX3 is one to upset the purists, sporting a P.P.R.E Pulse Performance Race Engineering (OFFICIAL)-built peripheral-port 20B backed by an HGT Engineering 6-speed sequential with everything controlled and powered by the Haltech Nexus R3, PD16, iC-7 dash and two 8-Button CAN Keypads

The first AWD 4-cylinder car to run a 6-second pass just got faster again. 🫣

Devin Schultz's "Red Demon" from Boostin Performance made history in May 2022 with a 6.98 at 215 mph pass from the AWD Eagle Talon

In November 2024, it dropped to a 6.85, and in September 2026 it reset the 4-cylinder AWD speed record at 218 mph.

Under the hood is a Bullet Race Engineering billet block, a Manley crank, custom Kelford cams, an Apex 88mm turbo and ID2600 primaries. Power goes through a Boostin Performance dogbox with a PPG gearset and an 8.8 rear conversion while a Haltech Nexus R5 runs the whole show 💪🏼

ECU, PDM, wideband controller and logger: how many separate boxes are in your car right now?

The Haltech Nexus R3 puts all four into one Vehicle Control Unit. That's less to mount, less loom to build, and one piece of software to set it all up.

It runs up to 8 cylinders or 4 rotors, with 8 injector drivers, 8 ignition outputs, four 25 A push-pull PWM outputs, a 4 bar on-board MAP sensor, 128 MB of on-board logging and two CAN ports with switchable termination.

Z32 300ZX and Fairlady Z owners, this one's for you:

It bolts into the factory ECU location and plugs into the factory loom, with no modifications needed. It runs both the VG30DE and the twin-turbo VG30DETT, and keeps your dash, AC, ignition coils, fuel pressure control, fast idle control device and EGR all working as factory.

So, Z32 owners: once you've got full control, what's the first thing you're changing? Bigger turbos, E85, or finally sorting that idle?

Full product details and fitment are in the first comment.

AN LS IN A KEI TRUCK?!?

The crew at Hijakd - Burnout Kei Truck have LS-swapped a Daihatsu HiJet kei truck and built it into a burnout car, with a Haltech Rebel LS running the show.

Would you have gone LS, or something that actually fits? The team made it work anyway, and the result is about as subtle as you'd expect.

Tag the mate who's always looking for the next swap.

Golden-era HKS livery. Modern Haltech brain underneath. 🧠

What was your favourite 90s race livery?

Built by Motive Video this twin-turbo RB26 is loaded with HKS gear: GT3 2530 turbos, V-Cam, cam gears, R35 coils and mushroom filters. Engine and power management come from a Haltech Nexus R3 with two PD16s, a 15-Button CAN keypad, and a uC-10 dash. Nicholas Kamevaar from Camp Dogs wired and configured the lot.

Has the Honda H-series become the forgotten uncle as the K-series has taken over?

Ozzy Bear doesn't think so. His EG Civic runs a turbo H-series controlled by a Haltech Nexus R3, with an iC-7 dash and an 8-Button CAN Keypad handling the cabin.

Would you still build an H in 2026, or is it K or nothing now?

This wild creation belongs to , who took a jetboat hull, sat it on a 2005 Mustang chassis, and dropped a 6.0L LS in the middle of it.

It's loud, it's strange, it made 371 hp, and every person who walked past stopped to look.

What's the weirdest thing you've seen with an LS in it? Drop it below.
