NZTech, a fast-growing AI and Digital Banking technology company, is looking for a Junior Software Engineer skilled in .NET and Node.js to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable systems, writing clean code, and growing rapidly in a highly skilled engineering environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using ASP.NET / .NET Core and Node.js

Integrate APIs, microservices, and databases
Work closely with senior developers to deliver high-quality features
Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product)
Follow secure coding practices and uphold coding standards

🎓 Requirements
Strong knowledge in C # / .NET / .NET Core
Experience or hands-on practice with Node.js
Basic understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL Databases
Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Immediate joining is required

⭐ Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience with Git, Docker, or Microservices
Understanding of backend security best practices
Familiarity with AI/ML integrations (bonus)
